I just wanted to see if we could get some consensus. where I work, the figures reflect those posted by michael below. A manager ( 5-7 years experience) is likely to be on 55-85 without bonus. This is harshly contrasted by companies such as mercer oliver wyman and monitor, where someone with 3 years experience is likely to be on 55k and 60% bonus... however the HOURS are different. I work annywhere from 40 to 70 hours a week - I doubt that the tier one strategy houses get anything less than 60...
