Tony - dont allow racism on the site. Look at the answer below by 'Z'. He is obviously a person with issues that doesnt belong on this forum. This is the industry leading site and forum for consulting and we should keep it that way. Is there a way you can screen the language in the posts? ThanksJ

this is not an "industry leading forum" it is a message board which anybody looking to get into consulting can use, and its views are representative of the real world - the world where UK graduates, for example, are no longer guaranteed a job based on their honours degree.A World where once manufacturing went offshore, now the brain-industry is being offshored.SO there should naturally be resentment when one of our offshorees comes on asking if his MBA from the offshore world is good enough to get him overhere to earn big bucks.Get used to it, if you want to come over here you own't get much sympathy touting your MBA from India.

Brain industry being offshored? Offshoree? Big bucks? How did you get a job in consulting? Not with your brain, I'll guess. By the way, Champ, honours degrees don't get people very far these days anyway. And MBAs only get them a little further. Attitude, insight, and analysis do. And, by the looks of it, you don't deserve much of a career in an industry that should reflect the brightest talent and analysis the world has to offer.Good luck.

sorry perhaps i used too much imagery in my post - too much for you to understand"brain industry" = knowledge based economy"offshoree" = an overseas worker employed in an outsourcing capacity"big bucks" = a lot of moneyAnd my thesis is that an honours degree does not get you very far these days for the reasons given.
