Hi! Confused about the actual salaries Mac pays for entry-level associates, say in NY, Boston, Zurich and or Paris. Also: Are sign up fees part of the package (how much)? How much money is it really meant by "bonus"? What is the expected increase in salary/yr? Thanks, JP.
