What does O7 really mean ?Basically this is a training grade to get your license, once qualified you'll get 00 status in your case the coveted 007 - therefore move with swagger and remember nobody does it better !I assume you 107k is dollars as that would be an all time high for Capgemini if it was poundsHTHThe names consultant .... Detoilet consultant

Fear not, anxious little man whose final sentence reads like garbage. Remember, "A rose by any other name would smell as sweet".

Well done on a successful negotiation. Ooops sorry congrats to your brother.Never mind all that irrelevant money nonsense, you nailed the big win, which is getting to use the title Senior Manager on your outlook.

I thought in sunny US of A pretty much everyone gets great titles compared to the UK? "Senior" is part and parcel of what they like to use?UK USASecretary Senior Executive AssistantTeam Leader Assistant Vice PresidentManager Vice President (or variation thereof)Senior Manager Senior Managing Director / Presidentand so on

In the USA, almost everybody is a "Vice President".It's like when you see those idiots who run their own 1-man-band company and call themselves "CEO".
