Hi All,Engaged in a project wherein we need to compare the recruitment consulting fees across levels in India and globally. Not only that but also need information as what is the recruitment fees of consultancies for temporary staffing ,for permanent staffing and outsurcing. As we all know on an average its 8.33% charged here in India. Is it samein global market as well(US, UK,France, Germany , etc)If anyone has any information about this,request you kindly share. It would really be a great help.

Well in that case just make up any random figure that's very very broadly in the right ball-park and then stick ".47%" on the end.
