Hello Guys!I'm currently a second year AC at one of the Big 4 Management Consulting's division.Recently, I was contacted by a recruiting agency and offered a role into Lean Manufacturing consulting as a service offered by a manufacturing equipment supplier. This company trades globally and the scope of their projects will be much more international that what I currently do at the Big4 consulting firm. Given that this job would be handled as a foreign contract, packages and benefits would be much higher than my current situation.Main Cons of taking this job offer are the fact that it would be consulting specialized towards an specific industry, and the fact that it might be one step farther from getting into a strategy consulting firm (The Big4 partner firm in my country has not any plans to go into strategy projects either, so I wouldn't miss out on that)I think I would only take this new position for the enhanced benefits and the fact that I could get a huge glimpse into manufacturing consulting, something that Big4 firms dont work on.Does anyone have any advice or have they done a similar move?
