Accenture - promoted from Consultant to Manager.50% rise when you factor in car allowance and bonus. Reason it is so high is because I was not at the top of the consultant band, and the jump to Manager has always been a very generous one anyway.Very pleased.

KPMG increases and bonuses have been very poor this year. High performers getting less than 9% bonus, promotees getting less than 5% rises.Interested to hear what others have been getting and any salary ranges by grade.

Accenture Manager 3- 9.5% bonus2.25% increaseI&apos;m told this increase is good, my excellent feedback and in demand skills were taken into account. Not sure I feel this is a good increase.
