Just received a verbal offer from Deloitte HR for Specialist Master / Manager position in Deloitte US consulting Information Management / Data Analytics group. HR said he will get me 20% on what I am making as base and additionally $5K as joining bonus. I am asking for $10K joining but he said 5K is the max for the role. Is it true or he is bluffing? What is the Base Salary for SpecialistMaster in Deloitte consulting? Is $165-$175k as base a good number for level 1 manager in Deloitte Consulting - Information Management/ Data Analytics group?
