HiI have a partner round scheduled for Atos Consulting in the BPI vertical. I wanted to know the hierarchy at Atos so that I can possibly understand it and negotiate my joining level. I have a 11 year IT ERP consulting experience. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Regards

They have 9 grades... from 0 - 9. 5 = senior consultant. expect 2-3 years to move between them based o their time served processes, make sure you get in at the right level for you.
