It may be something to do with promotion (i.e. need a years service in role or it could be that this only applies to Analysts, let me check and find out.Are you applying for Corporate, Retail, Wealth or Investment? If Retail, you're doing well to get 50. Corporate would be about right, Investment you can and should push for more money. Not sure on Wealth. I believe that the benefits package (25 days holiday, options to purchase shares etc) are fixed but again not 100%. Most corporate companies tend to fix their benefits packages for non-management grades. W
