just had mine a few days ago.2nd round was Snr Exec and HR int.first thing snr exec tells me is that they have increased headcount from around 80k to over 200k in the last 10 years, with a selection of only 2-3% of those interviewed they've probably got thru 100s of k's of applicants. not sure if he was boasting of there stringent selection criteria. or some other point he was getting across. but i've worked with some of these guys, take away their methodologies/tools that they've developed/used over the past decades n the only thing they have that differentiates them is a desire to procedd, whether their worth it or not.....anyway....HR have some key questions. respond using the STAR/SOARA approach with an example. Some q's:1. most challenging project. 3 larget challenges.2. most rewarding proj.3. how u'd work with someone u don't rate.4. why move, what u r alooking for, where u see urself in x years n the challenges u'll fac when u join. For the case study, lots of info to take in. Concentrate not so much on the technical details, but also on the e2e ecosystem.....processes, HR/Org, supply, consumers, products......good luck
