Congratulations on making it to final round Peter. I've responded to quite a few forum posts on here about interviewing at Roland Berger (I was there for several years). If you search for Restell Berger in the forum search that should bring up many of my contributions.I would caution though that I left in 2000 and so I'm not directly responding to your question here as I think it'd be misleading for anything I might say on the subject to be taken as gospel when my time there was so long ago. The only thing I would say is that the London office has always been a very entrepreneurial place, so generally speaking they've looked for people with some get up and go about them.All the best with your final round.Tony RestellTop-Consultant.com
