Did you take a look at the %age increase offered last year? A quick search and you should have found it.Based on your rating, it may be anywhere between 8% and 15% - but this was last year. The range could be broader/narrower based on the results announced and how your vertical/group performed in absolute wins and cash they bagged.KP

Tommy,In post 72427 you state that you're a C2 on £46K. Why the bs? Are you checking that you're not being short changed?

He never actually states his current rank. Could be C2 and benchmarking his salary?

@Liar Liar - no i am not lying..i got promoted in march so technically speaking i am a C2 now...but officially wont be until sept.the reason i am asking because i think i am being screwed by my project for the laddering sessions just coming up...

tommys - if you got promoted in march, then you're c2 in march. secondly, if you're promoted in march, you will get a CW rating in september. even if you were stellar during the preiod after promo, your september rating reflects full year performance at the current level and they only have 6 months of that against your peers' entire year contributions. Do you really think they'd ladder you "Above" M3s who have been waiting 3-5 years for SMgr?

*if you were promoted from A->C1 in March 11, you will be C2 in March 2012 - not Sept 2011.

thanks for clarifying. CW will not net you much above inflation. I would push for that A rating and provide evidence / backing if possible from a project senior. You want to have at least one SA/A under your belt when you make your push for M.
