Two questions:1. I have a 1st round interview w/ Monitor next week. I interviewed with them last year, and I found the written case horrendously difficult. Any tips?2. I&apos;ve heard it done before, but how does one do this: Leverage a Monitor interview into an interview with Bain (McK and BCG are already out of the question). Can I just call the Bain office to which I applied, tell them I have an interview with Monitor, and ask for an "expedited" decision on my interview process?
