Exit strategy. I haven't even started interviewing yet, but so far, I have seen enough disillusioned responses of people who have been in the industry to know it aint all roses. To be honest, I never intended to make a full career out of MC, so bearing in mind that I either want to set up my own business or join industry, where would be best to devote my attention. Pure strat versus implementation, finance versus product? I realise it's all going to depend on what area of industry/business I am going to go into, but any general advice would be welcome. Of course, I'm not going to be so arrogant as to assume a place on a graduate position, but let's assume I get lucky, my hard work and good results thus far pay off, and I make it through. I want a nice smooth ride down that inflatable slide and to bob in tropical waters.
