After 10 years in industry, I’d like to make a switch to consultancy.Career history to date:4 years retail banking (Finance & IT)5 years with Nestle (Global SAP Implementations, HR systems development, Global PMO role)1 year (current) with a Top 10 mortgage lender – implementing a new business stream.(a very mixed bag)I have strong BA and PM skills (Certifications in: BA, Prince 2, PMP, UML & ITIL) and taken advantage of a lot of internal training over the years (Change Management, Facilitation/Presentation, 7 habits…, Strategy).Problem is that I’m a ‘jack of all trades – master of none’. Like many other’s, ‘Strategy’ appeals, but I’m not sure how the above ‘mixture of this & that’ will be viewed by the likes of ACN, Deloitte, etc. I'm really not sure where 'they' would see me fitting in?
