I am considering an offer from OW FS. I understand that &apos;experienced hiring&apos; is new to OW - as historically they have relied on recruitment at grad schools. Do experienced hires face &apos;integration&apos; challenges ? Would appreciate if any exp hire at OW will share his / hre experience. Thanks.
