Hi everyone,I've heard different points of views from colleagues and now I want yours as well. Some say I'm way underpaid, a couple have said it's fair. All figures are in US Dollars.Almost 2 years SAP consulting experience.... 5 years industry experience w/ companies that use SAP.... 1 full project lifecycle (and 1 half project lifecycle)....billed out at $140/hr.Currently making 75k base + 15k bonus. Total of 90k.Even though I like the firm I work for and love the people I work with, I'm getting contacted almost weekly by other firms willing to pay a bit more (although not as much long-term opportunity). Should I stay where I am or should I be more willing to listen to incoming offers and consider other options? I need advice and your thoughts because I've been told more than not that I'm getting low balled and ripped off even though I didn't think that I was at first. Is it true? Thanks!
