Hi, I have an assessment centre coming up with KPMG for an Advisor role in change management/strategy function. This will be my first such incidence in a consulting company, so I am bit nervous! Could you please advise me what normally the assessment entails and what to expect on the day? How is the experience normally- pleasant and professional or tough/dry etc. Also please advise me what salary should one be expecting?
