Hi All, I have been invited for interview at E&Y for senior executive role in IT transaction services. I have few queries1: Is Senior executive same as manager. 2: In terms of career progression executive -> Senior executive --> ???? 3: what is the salary banding for senior executive ?I have 11+ years exeperience in total in financial services with 2.5 years in consulting as a manager thanks in advance

I've had calls about this particular role from no less than 6 agencies.Why EY are paying multiple agencies to recruit for the same role, I wouldn't know.Sorry I'm unable to help.

Executive = Consultant at EY. Next grade up is Manager (I don't think Senior Executive actually exists as a grade, just implies top of the Exec band). Exec is not same as Manager although in reality I would expect someone at top of Exec band to be overlapping with the Manager grade.At a guestimate would say 55K maybe even up to 58K base as top end of the band for Exec (havent worked for EY for a year so might be out of date).What firm are you currently a Manager with (if you can say)?

Thanks for the info MCS4444 Would you know what is the salary range for Senior exec. I am told by the recruitment agent that EY have bonus structure of 15% - 20%. Is this true ?

Dont know the specific bandings, but the bonus doesnt sound far off for the top performers - that team is flying and has been for some time
