I've heard on the grapevine that Accenture is making redundancies. Does anyone have any more details on this?Thanks.

Answer can be given as YES. I was talking to a known HR person in Accenture and he confirmed this. No further details though..

Just heard it a couple of days back and from different sources so either its just strong rumours or ???Of course, it could be the standard thinning of the SM layer to promote the rest up the ladder but you never know!A

Yes I've heard it from a few people. HR also seem very quiet at the moment so perhaps they are working on something??

Think its just more senior peole who have been time at level for a while. I for one will be first in line if it is offered across the board though.

Yes I heard that had taken place at senior manager/manager level. Perhaps the same will now happen at consultant/analyst level? Who knows though?

my manager has suddenly dissapeard! and he told me he is on garden leave for 6 months and apparently the program is called "career improvement program"..so yes firing is in place!
