I am a C2 and in a special area of testing (dont want to say which one as my manager also uses this forum)...i was managing about 4 different projects for the same client at the same time on my previous projecti was missold a role by current manager and basically i am doing what someone as a graduate would do! i have been told by manger and senior exec that i will not get good ratings unless i expand my role...wtf???i have clearly been misold the role and it is not what i was told it is....they wont let me roll off..what can i do??
