Which is the better offer in terms of salary/progression, credibility, etc between talent and rewards (non-actuarial) consulting at Towers Watson or Human Capital (also non actuarial)consulting at Deloitte? Both are graduate positions.Thank you

I think it depends on what you want to do in the future. Salary and career progression are both well laid out and defined. I don't think you'll find much difference between the 2 but I could be wrong. In terms of credibility, Towers are probably a better proposition in the Talent, HR space but Deloitte are a bigger name in the general consulting and business field. The work will likely be pretty similar if you carve out the right projects for yourself but Deloitte will have more general change management work which you could get involved in.Depends where your interests and aspirations lay

Thank you for your reply! With regards to salary and progression, Deloitte is well covered in this forum but there is absolutely no information around on Towers Watson. I do know that before the merger, Towers Perrin paid graduates very well and Watson Wyat paid market-rate!Whilst I will really enjoy consulting in the Talent and Org. Change arena, at all times I'm trying to keep in mind that I will eventually leave consulting and enter industry - it seems a safe bet would be to perhaps get the bigger name on my CV and more generalist Change work. Would I be right in thinking that in industry, Change would be more sought after than specific things like Talent/Reward?
