I am starting in a couple weeks as an entry level tech analyst in strategy domain. I would like to get some info regarding the first a few weeks at on-site and training at St. Charles Illinois. Anyone can provide me some useful tips and things I should expect before I get assigned for a project? Thank you

Network, network - and, if you have time, do some more networking. From the moment you arrive at Accenture, your network is key to finding the best roles and the most interesting opportunities.Fortunately, during your first few weeks of training - whether in your home office, or in St Charles or Milton Keynes, the networking will be relatively easy. Think "Fresher's week" but with 8am starts and no excuses for having a hangover. Lean who your start group is - (they will be the people you'll watch diminsh over the next few years until only a handful remain) - but they will be your first network in the firm, sharing their contacts and experiences in those first few weeks.Don't be too concerned if you are not staffed the first day leaving training. This is normal. You'll be flashing up as available in the weekly staffing calls and sooner or later, you'll be found a role. However the challenge for you will be to make sure that you leverage your network before that happens, so that you have the most control over which role you go to.If you have any time free before you are staffed, use it to learn the internal websites, the performance guidelines, the time reporting guidelines - these things are important going forward.ARBY

Yes - business casual. Wear a suit + shirt, but no tie...
