Firstly, please don't put Capgemini in the same league as Accenture and Deloitte.Secondly, to answer your question - Accenture and Deloitte are pretty much the same in terms of work culture, however you do get much better training in Accenture, I have worked for both.

If this question relates to entry-level then bare in mind that Deloitte do offer the CIMA business certificate and the opportunity to apply to complete the whole CIMA qualification. (Additional qualifications if applying for Technology consulting as far as I'm aware)

Why are Capgemini not in the same league as Accenture and Deloitte - I am hearing really exciting things about them at the moment. What are your thoughts?

what exciting things are you hearing? I'm hearing from friends there with heavy revenue targets that the public sector practice, which I think has accounted for well over half CG's revenue, has pretty much collapsed and they are in rather a panic, as there are only so many generic process wallahs you can try to lard onto the industry teams...

Capgemini Consulting are in a major recruitment drive at the moment, particularly around Digital Transformation. Capgemini's consulting division are doing really well at present and that is reflected with the amount of recruitment that is going on.

Dear, First of all whenever you write something, do not get emotional. I understand the fact that you have worked with Deloitte and Accenture and you never got a chance to work with an esteemed organization like Capgemini, does not mean you would write something like. this. But you are right in the sense that Capgemini in not in the league of these companies as it is ahead these organizations. Also, I wish you get a chance to work in CAPGEMINI and your emotions get an answer.

This is all hampered by clueless senior management who do not get it. The BUs are not structured to do digital and have their own targets. Do not meet your target and you are not only out but you will be replaced with another poor sod doomed to the same fate with a lack of work and low ARVE and processes that are about getting in a rack of third rate coders in to do stuff.Cap CG are hiring digital consultants and their delivery BUs are building a bench and offering redundancy packages.

Not a wise choice to be associated with Capgemini. That's all I can advice.
