I have an upcoming interview with Capco.Can anyone please provide info on the format of interview, questions and expectations?There are few posts regarding this but they are pretty old. Stay away.As a recruiter have known them. They will invite you for several interviews and then never get back to you.

It's called not making the grade.

Did a interview with them, chased them up to get a feedback. They never came back to me. Apparently is the common behavior.

Yea agree...common behaviour with them.Know ex colleagues who interviewed for many rounds and then never heard back...unprofessional

they are reviewing their suppliers as they have had some feedback that the agencies are not responding to candidates who are contacting them directly

I know because I called them directly after getting nothing back from my agency and they were happy to help
