Ok, so here is the situation.I have got an offer from company A and in the process of interviews from two other companies.A is pressing me to accept the offer and pushing for an early joining. Because I havent yet got the other 2 offers I have accepted A. I am reasonably confident of getting the other two offers.My plan is to accept A and say no to them when I get any of the other two offers. The only problem is that I am already service notice period with my current employer and the other two companies are not aware of that. If they offer they expect me to join a month later assuming I resign then. Will this cause any problems if they know that I had already resigned at my current employer while still interviewing with them and not disclosed it ?

Jeez - we've covered this about 100 times on this forum.Whenever you receive the first offer (assuming it is acceptable) immediately go and tell everyone that you are still interviewing with.Say:"I have recieved an offer from another firm which I would happily accept. However, I have really enjoyed interviewing with your firm and would like to draw it to a conclusion, one way or the other. The firm who have offered are pressing me for a decision. Could we possibly conclude the interview process at your firm?"If they are interested in you they will say yes and accelerate, if they do not accelerate then its likely you would have been dinged anyway. Walk away and accept the offer on the table.Honestly - learn to negotiate and don't be so passive.
