Nor is it a silver bullet; you will however get an appreciation of how to structure an interview response to every kind of question without making yourself look like a desperate, exaggerting, waffling fool.As an interviewer of many, I can tell you what I like is when someone answers the question with a structured, reasonable answer. No fabulous claims, no bragging. You're not superman, you don't run the company. Just tell me what you're good at, what you're for and where you want to go.
