No real leadership at the top. Huge attrition at C3 and C4 levels, with the size of the practice now half what it was 2 years ago. Is it doomed to close?

It's a field-effect transistor - I knew CapGem did mainly technology consulting, but I didn't realise they were providing such specialist advice. I imagine the market is mainly in the Far East, so there's no point maintaining the practice in the UK.

It's a good outfit, the resources are on a par with that of KPMG/Delloitte, they just don't have the brand name yet.

the VP I thought was leading the finance side, who was only about two years in role, has turned up in Holland as a CFO, so they must have had a major rejig..
