Does anyone know what does background check at IBM involve?

Maybe it involves searching thoroughly for all those things you are trying to hide, including:- The grades you lied about on your application- The fake start/end dates for the jobs you listed- The fake job titles you used- The lies about your accomplishments in previous roles- Your caution for smoking weed- Your drink-driving convictionAnd so on and so forth.

It involves:1. Checking for any criminal convictions2. Running a Credit Check to see if you dont have any Bankruptcy, CCJ or IVA etc. Nothing more. I had a poor credit score owing to my recent mortgage application and one of my utilities screwing up as if I paid a month late and on top of all my City council taking ages to update the Electoral register. I did come through the Background Check. Cheers,
