Does anyone know the various levels, from grad joiner to senior manager within EY Advisory, and *typical* number of years at each level?

In Advisory:Consultant (grad scheme): 18 monthsSenior Consultant: 2-4 years typically.Difficult to judge thereafter, since whilst I'm sure there is an element of "time in role", it's obviously going to be about performance. Would suggest 2-3 years min at Manager. Plenty of people will then stay at Senior Manager for years whilst they hone their Director cases.Hope that's helpful.
