Question on corporate finance practices in the big 4:I'm considering moving into doing some CF work in a big 4 environment but have a couple of questions... I'd probably be thinking senior associate / fresh manager level, as got 2 years of fairly relevant experience, IMC and CFA Level 1. I'm wondering whether the work in a corporate finance section of a big 4 firm is limited to dd for jobs, or whether they actually work as the lead partner for companies engaged in M&A activity and finance re-structures (debt etc)?If you have an idea what the hiring profile looks like (outside their seriously convoluted job specs) would be v appreciative. And finally, is there a difference between the big 4 and their respective standing / involvement? I'd be specifically interested in the FS field, but imagine the industry sectors will need to work together as teams can't include full on FS / Telecoms&Media / etc groups. Maybe I'm wrong.Cheers in advance
