Hi, I'm in a real dilemma and I was wondering if anyone could offer me some much needed advice.I'm in the third year of a BA in International Relations and I've received offers for two postgraduate courses. After my masters degree I'm hoping to enter the consulting field. The offers are:- MA Conflict, Security and Development at King's College London- MSc Gender at London School of Economics. (My interests are essentially intersections between conflict and gender. I would probably enjoy more courses at KCL but I would still find the LSE Gender MSc interesting.) My problem is – this masters is a stepping stone for me. I'm hoping to "up" my alma mater, as it were, as well as to take this year to study something that interests me in a little more depth before I begin working. As my intention is to go into consultancy, I'd rather pick the postgrad degree which will help me out the most when looking for a job. In consulting, I would think that LSE has an edge over KCL, (though of course I wouldn't know for sure), but does this change when you consider the LSE course content? What do you think? Which degree course would be best? Thanks very much in advance for your help.
My interests are essentially intersections between conflict and gender.
Get married then. Easier than the MSc and the tax breaks will add more to your earnings than either of these Masters in Delaying Entry into the Real World courses ever will. And you'll learn what gender conflict really is.

and conflict resolution? I've found that just accepting the blame for whatever you may have or may not have done is the easiest way to resolve marital conflict. Early in my relationship before marriage and such things, I once argued my point. She then got even angrier with me because I was logically correct and that annoyed her even more. Don't I repeat don't whilst she's angry say "you're cute when you're angry" that never works. Ever.
