A little bit but it's probably there or there abouts for a Manager at the Big 4. Make a counter offer and set-out your reasoning. The person you're negotiating with will have to sell the counter offer internally so help them put a convincing reason across.

Sounds about right to me. You'll probably get 2k more if you negotiate. Otherwise that's the going rate.

About these flex benefits - what do they consist of please?Plus do you get a pension on top please?

So impressive, it looks like the total package is closer to £90K or so?

It will vary on team but that seems about right. Might be worth clarifying the few benefits, I was under the impression that there is a cash allowance of circa 7k and then the flex benefits you listed can be taken from that as you choose?
