Hi All,Just looking for a bit of external perspective if any one feels like offering some.Currently weighing up offers from Hitachi Consulting and Cognizant Strategy and Tranformation (Tier 1 consultancies are not an option at present due to Academics/Experince).I'm relatively junior (less than 3 years experience) looking to get involved in more IT transformation work (Target Opertaing Model, IT Strategy, IT M&A Advisory etc.) with large FS, Energy and Life Sciences clients in particular.Of the two consultancies mentioned above which do you think is more well renowned? Particularly in terms of CV brand, development opportunities, exit options etc? Many thanks for any advice.Goose

Out of interest which did you choose and how is it?Were you concerns about CV brand, development opportunities etc unwarranted or founded?I haven't heard much of Hitachi in the digital transformation space,if you're with them is this part of the business growing or still finding its feet? Thanks

I work in Strategy & Transformation at Cognizant at the moment. I don't know much about Hitachi but given the breadth of experience that you're seeking (essentially to try loads of stuff across multiple industries) I'd say Cognizant would be a good fit. Industry recognition is on the up, departmental leadership is good and about 60% of projects are currently made up of FS / Life Sciences....Plus most people who leave end up in Big 4.
