As an Army Officer looking to switch careers on completion of my MBA this summer, I'm looking for advice on the names of smaller consultancies specialising in Change Management; ideally with a strong focus on leadership development, culture and creative approaches to problem solving/group facilitation.Yes the short and sarcastic answer is to 'Google it' but as everyone out there claims to be a consultant or change specialist I'd appreciate a more refined view!Sector is less important than what I've already mentioned.Many thanks.

Have you checked the Institute of Leadership and Management by the way? They do a lot with ex Army folk I believe. Maybe try and target companies that do a lot of work with the MOD as a stepping stone into consultancy?

Try Ignite, they fit the bill, work across sectors and seem decent folk.

Try Vega Consulting... They work primarily in the Public sector. Thier cash cow is the MOD. I know they have made a number of redundancies so do some research beforehand!
