I do not want to be critical about this site. I think it is really a good forum and provides some useful information/news/gossip etc. on the consulting industry. But i am looking for some sort of semi-professional advice or people's experience who were jobless or made redundant. some inspiring stories about people who struggled and developed their careers by hard work and determination.

What sort of advice are you after? CV writing? How to prep for a job interview? A place to find a job?! A simple Google search can help with all of those things...
