Recently I got in touch with HR people from tier 2 MC in Central Europe. They told me that I should apply via e-mail and submit, in addition to cover letter/CV, former employer reference and language certificates. The thing is I don't have any language certificates! I am beginner/sort of conversational in one or two languages spoken int the area but I don't have official certificates which confirm this. What should I do - take a short course in one of these, get a certificate, or avoid sending any altogether? Thanks
