Hello everyone, I know this is a career forum, but I thought I post a thread here as there are lot of people here, I believe, who are working in the field or have some ideas or thoughts about it. I would appreciate some feedback. The field is very broad and includes organisational development, change management and corporate identity. It is basically for masters dissertation. I am interested in exploring the topic of corporate identity and linking it to corporate culture and organisational leadership style and if these are or aren't co-related or interdependent. Of course, I don't expect anyone to define the exact topic for me, but just some ideas, thoughts, interesting issues, directions and etc. I understand it might not be of interest for anyone to contribute since this isn't really about careers but as I said, there are lof of creative people here so, please say something :)Thank you everyone.
