can anyone please tell me what are hot skills at ACN? i have seen in the yearly payslip that people with those skills get bonuses?

The skill to threaten to leave, convince your CC that you're serious, and demand a payrise. They will offer you a discretionary "hotskills" bonus to entice you to stay. That, or stuff like SAP, SOA, Basel II etc. (depending on what the market is doing)

Good question and Im hunting for the answer to this as well. Havin just joined ACN with a rubbish sign on bonus, wondering what the so called 'hot skills' bonus is so I can ask for this come Sept 11. Pretty sure I wont be considered for a promo not having served the full 12 months at C3Any help here?
