Shares in PA ventures?

When I left PA a few years ago, and what a relief that was, I was given a share cert for their newly created ventures arm. At the time the shares cost about £3 each. What are they worth now? Can I even sell them?

Rather than creating another PA thread why don't you ask them or ask them for a copy of your IPEX (PA Ventures) share agreement.

Rather than being a smart ass, can you so something constructive and answer the question. What is the current resale value of IPEX shares? My guess is nil. Please prove me wrong.

According to Capita, Ipex shares were worth £1.88 at the end of 2009 down from their original cost of £2.83 a few years back when we were all forced to trade PA Consulting shares for this highly speculative vehicle. So we have now all suffered a 40% drop over the past two or three years. Looks like Ipex's share price is going the same direction as the rest of PA Consulting.

Not surprised the shares have gone South. The ads on mobile phone thing went nowhere and wasted millions of your hard earned cash.Whole thing is a massive theft of value from the employees by the top guys who are partners in PA Ventures and will award themselves a disproportionately big % of the take.Shocking what a private company can get away with, truly.

the reduction is due to the fact that cash has been invested in the portfolio companies. The fund is not mature yet so, of course, there is no resale value.I agree, though, that you are more likely to get a sensibe answer by getting in touch with Ipex.
