I got £2k at the mid year for a 3 and left a few months later.

I left PA a few years ago for a £7k pay drop and have never regretted it. In fact I now earn £6k more than I did when I left PA (so £13k pay increase in 3 years). Had I stayed at PA I am sure they would have made me redundant with peanuts.

I have also recently joined the mass exodus from PA. I Joined a company that appreciates my contributions got myself £5k pay rise and, more importantly, got my sanity back...

Check your sources. The company has been on a downward slide for the last 4 or 5 years.
