Hi everyone.I have the following situation in my next presentation at school i'd like to share here. Many of us here have real experience in HR management and recruitment. If you work in a recruitment agency, you will understand easily that 3 issues always make us to "pain in the head" are:- Benefits among employers and employees. (about wage, working conditions...)- Benefits among labor agencies and employees. ( terms, fees, promises, commitments...)- Benefits among labor agencies and employers. ( commitments, contract terms...)The important thing is that if all sides make it's commitments truly, legally, and naturally, everything will become smooth. So which advice to solve above problems in the most suitable manner if you are agent? Many thanks in advance for your kind cmts :)

1. Retaining and rewarding the best employees 59% of respondents ranked this factor in their top three challenges, compared to 51% in 2010. As organizations face a growing shortage of talent, holding onto the most effective and high-performing employees will become even more critical. 2. Developing the next generation of corporate leaders 52% of respondents indicated this factor was a concern, a significant increase over 29% in 2010. The workforce is aging at a rapid rate, leading many HR teams to consider putting formal plans for succession in place and to begin shifting the focus to developing future leaders. 3. Creating a corporate culture that attracts the best employees to the organization 36% of respondents had this factor in their top three, a moderate decrease from 44% in 2010. Organizations are often competing with one another for the same talent, so having a strong culture that draws in good people can be a major point of differentiation for employers.
