Comparing roles/titles across the big 4 in Australia

I am part of an Australian medium-size (100 employees) specialist IT consulting firm and we have a relatively flat structure. I'm interested in how roles/titles are differentiated in big 4 consulting firms (who we compete with for work and people) as we are looking to expand our career framework to offer more lateral movements and promotion potential. At our organisation we have:Graduate consultant - straight out of university - 1 year experienceConsultant - 2 - 6 years experienceSenior Consultant - 7 - 10 years experiencePrincipal Consultant - 10+ years experienceOur principal consultants don't have targets or direct line management responsibilities (although we ask them to mentor and coach more junior team members). Thanks

I'd say there's a huge difference between 2 years experience and 6 years experience.
