Hi everyone,Following on from previous discussions with members of this forum, I have decided that I want to pursue a career in business psychology, with a particular focus upon areas such as change management, leadership development, in addition to the other areas commonly covered by occupational psychologists. However, I am also keen to explore further, any management consultancy companies with a strong focus on these areas (in addition to ones I have found through research; Chaucer being an example). To give an idea of my background, I am in the last year of my doctorate in clinical psychology, and am now seriously considering where I want to take my career. Most of my experience lies within an NHS clinical setting, though I have been tailoring my experiences during placement towards clinical consultancy, assisting teams with culture change, training, teaching and psychometric assessment.I was wondering whether anyone could point me in the direction of management consultancy companies which focus on these areas? Also, the big question I have been teasing over in my head is whether I should seek to gain further experience in the NHS, with a view to further tailoring my experiences to aid a move into occupational psychology later (as I know several clinical psychologists have done this, especially moving from a senior role), or whether I should aim to go into a related role in industry (HR, L&D etc.) with the aim of applying to business psychology companies later on? Any thoughts or advice anyone could offer would be very much appreciated. All the best, clin psych

Just wanted to bump this up, and also ask what salaries are like in Occupational Psych firms?
