Hello everybody,I am new to this forum and I have found it very useful so far, some great contributions. I have my AC with Deloitte coming soon and I want to prepare as much as possible but I have a difficulty finding examples of recent AC cases for the people & programs team in consulting (specifically in their Change service line).I have been told to expect a written case, a case study presentation followed by an interview, a partner interview and group exercise.Has anybody been through a similar AC recently? Can you give me any examples of written exercises and case studies? What are the main frameworks that they are testing/activities they are asking you to consider (communication Plan, organisational change strategy etc.) Any examples would be hugely appreciated as I am not sure if i need to prep for strategy case studies and how difficult these will be.I would appreciate your help!!!!Thank you in advance
