So, I'm an extremely good Senior Manager at Accenture and I'm being headhunted by Wipro. Never competed against them personally, never met them professionally, although I have encountered other IPPs and was not a positive experience.My gut instinct is to avoid this like the plague - but was interested in your thoughts... I concur.

Got mates who work there and there are a number of issues:1) Payrises are often nonexistent regardless of performance (this may be a positive if you suck at your job) and often not available even if you've gone up a level2) The very senior levels are dominated by Indian nationals3) They separate sales roles from delivery roles, which often works out as a salesperson gets the credit and cash for the sell-on that you've deliveredEC
