Hi, I am going for a final round for advisory manager OR senior manager (as per initial feedback)Can anyone comment what are the key things to demonstrate for SM? (i.e. what is delta between M & SM )Also, what are utilization rates for the two levels, and is it typically working on one or several projects at the time?Thanks!

i would imagine it's less about utilisation and more about keeping a team busy/staffed and selling work at SM level fingers crossed that u get an offer
