Hi, I am currently working at IBM GBS, just received an offer from PwC, any pro's -Con's that anybody can share with me? Salary and benefits at this point are almost the same.

now why oh why would you jump ship for no change in salary? only one answer in my opinion, and that's all about stress and lifestyle. so the decision is about which one offers you the best lifestyle.
