Alas no BEP - miserly payrise even with the top rating! Still, being able to buy that extra frappacino on the way to client site at 7am makes it all worth while...

so quite big bucks then!make sure u all invest it wisely, maybe try to live off the same amount and put the extra into your pensions or mortgages
